This trip was traveled completely alone for over four weeks. Initially, I didn't understand the difficulty that this would bring. My car broke down numerous times and my parents weren't there to guide me through it. I learned some of the biggest life lessons the way during the trip. The only thing that remained constant was the ocean. It was there for the best moments of my life and for some of the worst. After using ocean therapy myself throughout this trip and a majority of my life, I feel even more confident about the healing power of water. It has become evident to me that I am not the only person who uses the ocean to feel better, the scale at which people are connected to the ocean is for more vast than I will ever understand.
